PIERRE MONET - President and Chief Executive Officer
Before this appointment, Pierre Monet has been Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer since 2007, during which time he helped restructure Malaga, spin off Dynacor Gold Mines, negotiate a long-term contract with a major tungsten user and arrange debt and equity financings. M. Monet has close to 15 years of experience in the resources industry, 10 of which were at Iron Ore Company of Canada, a subsidiary of Rio Tinto, and Alliance Forest Products. He is an experienced finance professional who has managed major acquisition, restructuring and financing projects for public and private companies. Mr. Monet has been a member of the Chartered Institute of Canadian Accountants since 1986. |

JOEY TROMBINO - Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer
An experienced accounting and finance executive, Joey Trombino joined Malaga in February 2009 as Director of Finance. He participated in the Company’s development and managed the transition to the International Financial Reporting Standards. Prior to this, Mr. Trombino was Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Positron Technologies and worked in several private and public companies in senior roles. He started his career at KPMG and is member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants since 1990. |

IVÁN QUIROZ - Vice President Operations, Peru
A mining engineer and metallurgist, and a member of the Collegio de Ingenieros del Perú, having graduated from the National University of Engineering in Lima, Peru in 1981. He has been an Associate Professor since 1986 at the National Engineering University in Lima. From 1996 to 1999, he acted as Technical director of Dynacor Mines Inc., now named Malaga Inc. From 1999 to today, he has played an active role as General Manager and Director of the Company, having overseen projects at the Acari, Pasto Bueno and Tumipampa properties |

ALONSO SÁNCHEZ - Chief Geologist
A geologist having graduated from the Universidad National de Ingeniería (1995). He worked 11 years for the mining company Buenaventura S.A.A. (Peru); 5 years as mine geologist and 6 years as exploration geologist. He is experienced in epithermal gold, silver, tin, tungsten, and polymetallic deposits, and Skarn-type deposits in Peru and Bolivia. Mr Sanchez enacts has a qualified person for the Company and is a member in good standing of the American Institute of Professional Geologists (AIPG), an organization recognized by the Canadian authorities and by NI43-101. |
