HUAURA ZONE

In order to confirm the potential of the Pasto Bueno mine, a diamond drill campaign and underground exploration program has been planned. Since 90% of the current tungsten production comes from the Huaura sector, Malaga’s objective is to do underground exploration in the deepest part of the area and in the south extension until it meets with the Maria Ofelia sector.

This map shows the four target areas which will be tested to upgrade and expand current resources.

The second potential area, located between the Maria Ofelia and Huaura sectors, was evidenced by 4 drill holes containing economical mineralization.
