JEAN MARTINEAU - Chairman of the Board
Jean Martineau was President of the Company from August 2007 to November 2010, CEO of the Company since August 2007, Chairman of the Board of Directors since 2000 and Director since 1996. He was also a Director of Wesdome Gold Mines (Toronto) from 1999-2007. Prior to this, he has worked for a decade in the pulp and paper industry. He was, in particular, assistant manager for a mill owned by Kruger in Venezuela. During the 1980s, Mr Martineau worked as a stockbroker for a large Canadian brokerage company (Lévesque, Beaubien & Geoffrion).

PIERRE MONET - President & CEO
Before this appointment, Pierre Monet has been Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer since 2007, during which time he helped restructure Malaga, spin off Dynacor Gold Mines, negotiate a long-term contract with a major tungsten user and arrange debt and equity financings. M. Monet has close to 15 years of experience in the resources industry, 10 of which were at Iron Ore Company of Canada, a subsidiary of Rio Tinto, and Alliance Forest Products. He is an experienced finance professional who has managed major acquisition, restructuring and financing projects for public and private companies. Mr. Monet has been a member of the Chartered Institute of Canadian Accountants since 1986.

Rejean Gourde is a Mining Consultant. Mr. Gourde has been an independent mining consultant since 2007. Previously, he was the Senior Vice President of Cambior Inc., in charge of operations in Val d’Or, Québec and responsible for all production operations for Cambior in South America. Prior to that he was Vice President Operations of Aiguebelle Resources Inc. He has a degree in mine engineering physics from Ecole Polytechnique.

Gilles Masson is a chartered accountant since 1971. He was a partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC) from 1980 to his retirement in 2006. His clientele included national and international companies, such as Domtar, Norampac, Canam Manac and Agropur. He serves on the Boards of Directors of SEMAFO (a public company with gold production and exploration activities in Africa) and of Royal Nickel Corporation.

Mr. Quinn Roussel is a Principal with Resource Capital Fund (RCF) of Denver, Colorado and Perth, Australia. He holds a degree in Mining Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines and Masters of Business Administration from the University of South Carolina and the Wirtschafts Universitat Wien. Mr. Roussel also serves on the Board of Directors of Finders Resources Limited, an Australian listed company with a development stage copper heap leach SX/EW project and a gold exploration project in Indonesia.

Anne-Marie Sheahan is the senior partner of Sheahan and Partners, a law firm specializing in environmental counselling, new regulation analysis, and environmental issues arising in commercial transactions. She is an executive member of the National Environmental, Energy and Resources Law Section of the Canadian Bar Association, as well as a member of the Permanent Committee on the Environment of the Quebec Bar. Ms. Sheahan received BCL and LLB degrees from McGill University in 1989 and was admitted to the Quebec Bar in 1991.
